Led the complete refactoring of a MATLAB-based cardiac MRI strain-mapping pipeline into a high-performance Python framework. Developed a Fourier-Feature–augmented multilayer perceptron (MLP) with sinusoidal positional encodings, leveraging PyTorch on Apple-silicon GPUs. Achieved 50% code complexity reduction, real-time inference for 4D displacement fields, and superior precision compared to conventional CNNs and spline methods. The modular design seamlessly incorporates mixed-signal circuit analytics, demonstrating skills directly applicable to AI engineering and tech consulting roles.
